Refund & Replacement Policy

At Shinkah Beauty & Wellness, we are committed to providing high-quality products and services that nurture your beauty, wellness, and wholeness. While we strive for excellence, we understand that occasionally an issue may arise. Please review our policy below regarding refunds, replacements, and returns.


Damaged or Defective Products

If your item(s) arrive damaged during shipping, we are happy to assist with a replacement.
To initiate a replacement request, please follow these steps within 7 days of your delivery date:

  1. Contact Us:
    Send an email to our customer service team at info@shinkahbeauty.com with your order details.
    Business hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM (EST).

  2. Provide Proof:
    You may be asked to submit photos of the damaged item(s) for verification.

  3. Return Request (If Needed):
    We reserve the right to request the return of the damaged item(s) before issuing a replacement. If so, return shipping costs will be your responsibility.


Replacement Conditions

  • Replacements will be made for the same item originally purchased.

  • If an item is unavailable, we will issue a store credit for the full amount of the damaged item.

Once we receive your information, we will respond within 1 business day and keep you updated on the status of your replacement.


Reasons We May Decline a Return or Replacement Request

  • Requests Made After 7 Days: Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • Insufficient Proof: Clear proof of damage (such as photos) is required.

  • Misuse or Abuse: Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling cannot be replaced.

  • Unauthorized Returns: Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

We reserve the right to decline return or replacement requests to maintain fairness, consistency, and uphold our high standards of care.


Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items

Due to the sensitive nature of our products and our commitment to customer health and safety, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds except in cases of verified damage.
Please note:

  • Hygienic Reasons: All sales are final once products are delivered in good condition.

  • Spa Services: We are unable to offer refunds for any spa services once rendered.
