🚚 Domestic Shipping (U.S. Only)

Our store operates Monday through Friday. We make every effort to ship orders within 1–3 business days of being placed. Shipping times vary depending on location and demand but typically arrive within 5–7 business days of shipment — or longer depending on the item ordered. We cannot guarantee the accuracy of carrier time frames.

Most orders ship at a flat rate of $10.00. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order.

Free shipping is available on qualifying orders over $150.

To ensure consistent inventory and the freshest products, some orders may ship directly from our authorized brand partners. Because of this, your products may arrive in partner-branded packaging rather than Shinkah Beauty & Wellness packaging.

📦 Lost or Damaged Packages

Once your order leaves our hands, it is in the care of the carrier. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please email us at info@shinkahbeauty.com and we'll do our best to assist you.
