This azure-blue liquid gel works to tone and refresh tired, stressed skin while soothing the effects of late nights and screen time. Lightweight and suitable for all skin types, it delivers a cooling, rejuvenating experience that restores a brighter, more awake appearance to the under-eye zone.

Directions for Use

1. Apply Under-Eye Toning Gel by gently rolling the applicator tip around the orbital bone which encircles your eye. Take care not to get close to the inner or outer corner of your eye.
2. Apply make-up if desired. If necessary, Under-Eye Toning Gel may be applied over make up during the day.
3. After use, keep the cap tightly closed.
4. Avoid rich moisturizers over this product especially at night and when the weather is very warm and humid. These conditions tend to encourage water retention and puffy looking eyes.
