Tension Balm

Key Ingredients:
Austrian Moor Extract — mineral-rich botanical complex that soothes inflammation and supports skin and muscle recovery
Feverfew — well-known for reducing the frequency and intensity of headaches and migraines; anti-inflammatory
Linden (Tilia) — calming botanical that eases nervous tension and promotes relaxation

As an aid in the relief of tension headaches, migraine and neck or shoulder tension apply sparingly to temples, neck and/or shoulders as needed. Rub between palms and then breathe in deeply. May be used for muscle tension anywhere on the body. Avoid eye area.
