🚚 Domestic Shipping (U.S. Only)
Our store operates Monday through Friday. We make every effort to ship orders within 1–3 business days of being placed. Shipping times vary depending on location and demand but typically arrive within 5–7 business days of shipment — or longer depending on the item ordered. We cannot guarantee the accuracy of carrier time frames.
Most orders ship at a flat rate of $10.00. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order.
Free shipping is available on qualifying orders over $175.
🤝 Partner-Fulfilled Orders
To ensure consistent inventory and the freshest products, some orders may ship directly from our authorized brand partners. Because of this, your products may arrive in partner-branded packaging rather than Shinkah Beauty & Wellness packaging.
Please rest assured that all items are authentic, fresh, and sourced directly from professional-grade brands. Your order details remain securely managed by Shinkah Beauty & Wellness, a U.S.-based small business out of Brunswick, GA.
🌍 International Shipping (Currently on hold)
We ship to 27 countries worldwide, including Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Australia, Canada, Japan, and more. Local currencies (including CHF, GBP, EUR, AUD, and CAD) are available at checkout.
Shipping rate: $35.99 flat rate | Complimentary on orders over $200 USD
Delivery: Typically, 7–14 business days depending on destination and carrier. A tracking number will be provided for all international orders.
Duties & taxes: Calculated and collected at checkout — no surprise fees at delivery.
Please note: International shipping is currently available on select brands only. Not all products ship internationally.
Returns: International orders are final sale. We carefully review every order before it ships to ensure you love what you receive.
📦 Lost or Damaged Packages
