Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed Monday–Friday within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, most orders arrive within 5–7 business days depending on your location. Please note that carrier timeframes are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Most orders ship at a flat rate of $10.00, calculated at checkout. Free shipping is available on qualifying orders over $150.

Some items ship directly from our authorized brand partners and may arrive in partner-branded packaging — all items are authentic and professionally sourced.

International shipping is currently on hold. We ship to U.S. addresses only at this time. Check back for updates!

Once your order leaves our hands, it is in the care of the carrier. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please email us at info@shinkahbeauty.com within 7 days of delivery and we'll do our best to assist you.

Lira Clinical products are sourced directly from the manufacturer and are not stocked in-house. Orders are typically placed 1–3 times per month based on demand. You'll receive a follow-up message with an estimated timeline after your order is placed, and another notification when your item ships. If you need something urgently, please contact us before purchasing to check availability.

Returns & Replacements

Due to the hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final once items are delivered in good condition. We do not accept returns or offer refunds except in cases of verified shipping damage.

We're sorry to hear that! Please contact us at info@shinkahbeauty.com within 7 days of your delivery date with your order details and photos of the damage. We'll respond within 1 business day and work to make it right with a replacement or store credit if the item is unavailable.

Replacement requests may be declined if: the request is made after 7 days of delivery, insufficient proof of damage is provided, the item was damaged due to misuse or improper handling, or the item was returned without prior authorization.

Payments & Gift Cards

Yes! Digital gift cards are available for purchase on our website and are valid at shinkahbeauty.com only.

  • Gift cards are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Cards do not expire, but after 12 months of inactivity, a $5 monthly maintenance fee will be deducted from the remaining balance until the card is used or the balance reaches $0.
  • Shinkah Beauty & Wellness is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.
  • Gift cards may not be combined with other promotions or discounts unless otherwise noted.

What is Afterpay?
Afterpay is a service that allows us to offer our customers the ability to make purchases now and pay for them over time. Customers using the pay-in-4 option pay for their purchase total in four interest-free installments over six weeks. And customers get additional time to pay for high value orders when they use the monthly payments option, an installment-based lending product. To learn more, visit www.afterpay.com.

How do I use Afterpay online?
Just shop on shinkahbeauty.com and checkout as usual. At checkout, choose Afterpay as your payment method. Log in or create an account and complete your order—it's that easy! Please note, all items in your shopping bag must be eligible for Afterpay, and the order value must be between $50 and $4,000.

Are there extra fees when I use Afterpay?
Afterpay's pay-in-4 option is always interest free. There are no fees associated with the account as long as installments are paid on time, according to the payment schedule (provided at the time of order confirmation). A late fee may be charged when an installment for an order is not paid within 10 days after the payment due date (unless otherwise noted on your payment schedule). Afterpay will only ever charge up to one late fee per installment and the total amount of late fees charged on an order will never exceed 25% of your initial order value. Although this 10 day grace period is provided before Afterpay charges a late fee, the Afterpay system reviews customer repayment history for future purchases, so Afterpay encourages payment of your installment as soon as possible. Afterpay's longer term monthly payments option may include interest. If your installment loan includes interest, you will be able to see the amount you will owe before completing the purchase. Interest is capped and there are no late fees, loan origination fees, or other fees.

Order Eligibility

Is there a minimum that I must spend in order to use Afterpay?
Your purchase must exceed $50 in order to use Afterpay.

Is there a limit to how much I can spend on a single transaction using Afterpay?
Yes, your purchase must be between $50 and $4,000 to use Afterpay with Shinkah Beauty & Wellness. However, first-time Afterpay customers may have a lower maximum purchase value. You will receive an instant approval decision on your order at checkout. Afterpay and Shinkah Beauty & Wellness are committed to responsible spending. Several factors are taken into consideration to determine order approvals. Not all orders will be approved.

Can I use Afterpay if I'm an international customer?
Afterpay is only offered to customers who have a US billing address, a US credit card, debit card, or bank checking account, and a US mobile phone number. Customers with international billing addresses and/or phone numbers will not be able to set up an account with Afterpay.

Is there a minimum age requirement for using Afterpay?
Afterpay is only offered to customers over the age of 18.

What products are not eligible for purchase using Afterpay?
Afterpay is not available for purchases of gift cards or e-gift cards and may be unavailable on additional products. If your order contains gift cards and other eligible products, you will need to purchase your gift cards separately.

Payment Schedule

How does the payment schedule work?
In most cases for pay-in-4 purchases, customers are required to make their first payment at the time of purchase. The remaining three payments are due every 2 weeks in equal installments and will be drawn from your selected payment method. If you would like to make additional unscheduled payments before they are due, you may log in to Afterpay to make your payments early. For monthly payments purchases, customers may be required to make a down payment at the time of purchase. The remaining payments will be deducted every month from your payment method until all scheduled payments are complete. You can log in to your Afterpay account any time to view the payment schedule or to make a payment before the next due date.

Will I be notified when a payment is due?
Afterpay sends payment reminders via SMS and email prior to payment due dates. It's also easy to view your orders and payment schedules in the Afterpay app or on Afterpay.com.

Can I pay early?
Yes, you can make payments any time through your Afterpay account before the scheduled due date. Just click on the installment that you would like to pay early and select 'Pay Now.'

Can I move or change payment due dates for an order?
Eligible payments may be rescheduled via the Orders section of Afterpay's mobile app or website. For more information, visit Afterpay's Help Center. Please note, not all payments are eligible to be rescheduled.

What happens if I don't pay my Afterpay installments on time?
You will be prevented from using Afterpay and you may be charged a late fee. Afterpay is committed to supporting customers in spending responsibly.

Orders, Returns & Exchanges

When will my items be delivered if I use Afterpay?
Afterpay orders are delivered pursuant to the delivery time frames presented by Shinkah Beauty & Wellness after you complete your order online.

How do I return or exchange an item purchased using Afterpay?
Afterpay returns follow Shinkah Beauty & Wellness's standard return process. Once the refund is processed, your Afterpay payment schedule is adjusted to reflect the new total order value starting with the last installment and working backwards. Therefore, you may find that your payments furthest out have been reduced to zero, and the closest payments remain at the original value. If you are fully returning items purchased using the monthly payments option and a refund is owed, any amounts paid towards the good or service will be refunded; any interest that has already been paid will not be refunded. You may be charged interest for the period of time before your refund is processed. If you believe there is fault or concern with your Afterpay purchase payment, please contact Afterpay customer support at info@afterpay.com. What happens if I have a partial refund, and how does that affect my payments?
Afterpay will be notified once your refund is processed. If you purchased using pay-in-4, your payment plan will be automatically adjusted to reflect the new total order value starting with the last payment and working backward. In the case where a refund amount is larger than 25% of the total order, Afterpay will eliminate the fourth installment payment and apply the remaining amount to your earlier payments. If you purchased using monthly payments, interest already paid will not be refunded. Any amounts paid toward the good or service will be adjusted; interest will be recalculated based upon the adjusted amount.

Absolutely. Every product we carry is sourced directly from authorized brand partners and professional-grade suppliers. Some orders may ship in partner-branded packaging, but all items are 100% authentic and fresh.

Orders & Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use that number to track your package directly through the carrier's website.

We offer order revisions for up to 1 hour after purchase. During that window, you can update your shipping address, product quantities and variants, and order contact information.
